We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

A Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia acts as heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep that just seems out of reach. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity marked by anxieties and disappointment. This pervasive state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner within the darkness.

Craving for Sweet Oblivion

The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of release. To fade in its depths was to silence the incessant cacophony of existence. The reality's sharp edges dissolved under the lure of its peace.

To truly crave oblivion was to plead for a temporary respite from the burden of being.
